As a trusted provider partnering with Procell Therapies, Veterans Affairs (VA), and Tricare, and offering Cherry financing options, we are committed to making hair restoration accessible and stress-free.

Please review the following policies before placing your order or booking services.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time: Once processed, delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Tricare/VA Clients: Shipping for pre-approved Tricare/VA-covered products or wigs will be coordinated with your referring provider or care team.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Hair Therapy Lab is not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our services and products:

All sales are final.
This includes custom wigs, hair extensions, hair growth kits, and Procell therapy products.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once the order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and your order number.

Tricare/VA-covered product concerns must be reported immediately to remain eligible for benefit support or replacement.

Payment & Financing Options

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secure online payments.
Tricare & VA Clients: All necessary referrals and approvals must be submitted and verified before scheduling or shipping services/products. Clients are responsible for charges not covered by their benefits.

Cherry Payment Plans

Hair Therapy Lab proudly offers flexible payment plans through Cherry.
Clients may qualify for 0% interest financing and split payments over time, with no hard credit check.
You can apply quickly and securely at checkout or request a link via email/text from our team.

Cherry financing is available for eligible out-of-pocket services and product purchases, including wigs, extensions, and restoration treatments.

Custom Wig Orders

Each medical-grade wig is handcrafted to suit your hair loss needs, lifestyle, and preferences.

Production Time: 7–14 business days
No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed once production has started.
Tricare/VA Coverage: Authorization paperwork must be on file before work begins.
